As a Front-of-House Crew Member you are the first impression and the biggest part of the customer’s experience. This role includes order taking, bakery management, coffee making, and customer interaction. Responsibilities include:

• Customer care - greeting engaging with customers, placing food drink orders, assisting with customer service requests and answering questions.
• Barista duties - preparing drinks from our espresso bar plus coffee, juices and alcoholic beverages (21 only).
• Cashier duties - placing orders via Square, managing an accurate cash box, issuing gift cards, managing merchandise area.
• Bakery - plating baked goods, stocking bakery, communicating bakery stock with teammates, running food to tables.
• Other responsibilities as required: We are a small and nimble team that works together across the property. There will be opportunities for hiring, gardening, inventory management, and more.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
